  I think only one person works at this credit union, anytime I call I'm on hold for up to 30 minutes, than when I'm talking to someone they place me on hold for another 10 min. because they don't know what they are doing. I ordered a new card, was told that it was going to take 7-10 business days, I called to check on my card twice (on the 9th and 10th business day) both times Chuck was the one I talked to, and he said "well I don't know what to tell you, wait and check in a few more days" well, Chuck, I don't have time to wait on the phone for you to answer your phone to tell me you don't know what's going on.

  Not happy..... in 8 years of being with this credit union, they have changed fees, added fees and taken away products that I signed up for without advance notice. The latest is a $25 annual maintenance fee on a CD IRA, that 3 years and 9 months in on a 5 year account, they are now adding the fee. Funny, I can't change the account, but they can. I can understand fees when I first sign up for an account, and am given a choice, but not midstream. No one of any authority wants to call me back. .....Well a year has gone by... still haven't heard anything. I have closed all but one account, which they say I can't because someone else opened it and they "can't tell me who" so I can't. WHAT? I opened it. I hope they sleep well taking a person's hard earned money. After taking $25 each year on IRA accounts that they did no work for (no payments taken out), Now they are so desperate... they need my $5 too... which is actually my son's disable VA benefit account. KARMA....
